This photo was taken during the Khon Kaen Marathon last year. I joined the race because I love the race and friends, just like what this picture captures. The picture shows that everyone is a runner, each with different physical condition—some older, some younger, some with short legs, others with long ones and I’m just a runner with my wheelchair. Regardless of these differences, we can run together and compete, just like in real life.

We are all equal – EQUALRUN

The moment where we have the chance to stand on the starting line… ⬅️ Look to your left – You will see an aunt with healthy and strong bodies. ➡️ Look to your right – You will see a young lady with lightweight and strong legs. ⬇️ Look behind – you will see a beautiful aunt with a fit and firm body and young face. 100K Run At King Rama IX Park 100 (Run For My BD 13 Feb 2022)

February 1, 2020 Original video from the event with my mod, as part of the 3rd Marathon races. A lot of fun. RACE NOTE: My First Marathon ‘Bangsaen Marathon 2019’

Flashback to the very first day I committed to do a workout by running, it came to me as a mere non-sense thought. Joining the race? No way! It first appeared to me as a regular exercise for health purpose. As a goal -setter in nature, however, I began seriously setting a goal for each drill and gradually raised the bar to the next level, each with a more challenging distance and time. I mostly trained at park and watched up all the records. One year passed. Two years, three, and more. Until I underwent a negative growth, and boring …
