Thank You, Lotus

Less than an hour after our announcement, we were contacted.
Today, we had discussions with the central office, the regional office (Northeastern region), and the Nong Bua Lamphu branch. Coordination is now underway to resolve the issues together.

1. Accessible Parking – number of spaces and management
2. Building Entrance – slope adjustment and improved safety
3. Accessible Restroom – installation of equipment and ongoing maintenance

I’ve also informed the central office about all the issues for inspection and resolution.
Let’s look forward to the improvements—soon enough—to ensure “convenience and safety for everyone.”
