What If We Put Thailand Into AI?

Parliament’s been in chaos over allegations that some MPs have been using AI assistance. As someone who’s worked in IT for years, it got me thinking… What if we had an AI model designed to think in straightforward, no-nonsense ways? And what if we fed it everything — the constitution, every law on the books… what would that look like? Thailand has been stuck, not really developing for a long time. Our neighbors have surged ahead. We’ve got all these laws that only a handful of people truly understand. Me? I only dig deep into disability rights, equality, and accessibility…

Even Companies with Just 5 Employees Must Comply – California Expands Protected Mental Health Leave for Workers with Disabilities!!!

Since January 1, California has enforced new workplace disability protection laws that are stronger than federal US regulations. All employees now have the right to take sick leave for mental health just as they would for physical illness. Employers must also maintain emergency contact lists by March. California’s FEHA law protects workers at companies with as few as 5 employees, while federal law only covers businesses with 15 or more. Employers must engage in an interactive accommodation process with employees who need support, and face penalties if they refuse to discuss options. The minimum wage has increased to $16.90 per…
